Beyond Addicted Fashion Police - 2011 Emmy Awards

BEST DRESSED

Kate Winslet in Elie Saab

Before the stars even arrived Kelly Osbourne said Kate Winslet would stand out and did she STAND OUT! WOW!! Kate Winslet looked stunning in a va-va-voom red Elie Saab gown flaunting just the right amount of cleavage. With her blinging bracelet, drop earrings and glamorous wavy updo, this English rose is a blooming beauty.

Sofia Vergara in Vera Wang

Dios mio! Vera Wang or "Wong," as Sofia Vergara likes to pronounce it sure knows how to make a dress that fits a woman's body. Worn with Stuart Weitzman heels, the Modern Family star knows how to work it!

Christina Hendricks in Johanna Johnson

Holy cleavage alert! Christina Hendricks looked lovely and the twins seemed to be in check, but back on the red carpet they are out of control again. That's too bad, because her custom Johanna Johnson gown has some amazing beadwork, plus she's rocking Mad Men pretty hair and makeup along with Palladium bling and Louboutin heels. But who's noticing when the girls are so in your face?

Nina Dobrev in Donna Karan

The Vampire Diaries star is drop-dead gorgeous in this Donna Karan gown and Brian Atwood heels and just might be our favourite lady in red of the night—and girlfriend had some fierce competition. But everything is just perfect—the understated jewellery, the fit of the gown, her hair and make-up!

Lea Michele in Marchesa
Glee's Lea Michele also got the memo about wearing red. The Marchesa gown was immaculately fitted with cute rosette sleeves, but we were expecting the actress to bring more fabulosity to the red carpet, not just safe. She also continued to annoy me to with her weird posing.

Zooey Deschanel in Monique Lhuillier

Whaddya know! Cute, quirky Zooey Deschanel looks cute and quirky! The New Girl star went all in a pink Monique Lhuillier gown with red belt, Stuart Weitzman pumps, Van Cleef & Arpels jewels and big '60s hair. This dress reminds me of a Yves Saint Laurent dress in SATC – the cut, the colour and the style. I love it!!!

WORST DRESSED

The best thing about these awards is not one gown is bad enough to be classified as my worst... But there are some gowns I don’t love!

Katie Holmes in Calvin Klein

She's a presenter at the Emmys, so Katie Holmes is going for that "totally not trying too hard," effortless glam look in this blue Calvin Klein gown. Katie should've tried a little harder for an awards show but I do love blue this season.

Gwyneth Paltrow in Pucci

Oh hey, Gwyneth Paltrow, not to be rude or anything, but your midriff is showing... Even though your Pucci dress is supposed to be like that it we must have missed the news about this new trend.. The print is stunning but I don’t like the break in fabric.

Julianna Margulies in Armani Privé

Julianna Margulies is usually classically beautiful and not necessarily noteworthy. The Emmy’s was no different... The actress finally won the Outstanding Lead Actress Emmy but wore a crazy Armani Privé gown that may have worked for anyone else but just seems to wash out The Good Wife actress when she should be glowing.

Heidi Klum in Christian Siriano

Heidi Klum is supporting another Project Runway contestant Christian Siriano this year but it is not doing it for me. It is not sophisticated enough for the red carpet.

Dianna Agron in Roksanda Ilincic

Glee's adorable Dianna Agron looks matronly in this draped, electric-blue Roksanda Ilincic gown and tired hairdo and makes this sweet young starlet, OLD! Judging by the look on her face, Dianna doesn't seem to be thrilled about it, either.

Overall the Emmys were BEYOND STUNNING and BEYOND HILARIOUS!!

Ciao!
